Q: How long will it take to receive my order?
A: Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Once shipped, delivery takes 3–7 business days within the U.S.

Q: Do you offer free shipping?
A: Yes! We offer free U.S. shipping on all orders over $100.

Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: Not yet—we currently only ship within the U.S., but we hope to expand soon!

Q: How can I track my order?
A: Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.

🔄 Returns, Store Credit & Final Sale Items

Q: What is your return policy?
A: We accept returns on full-priced, unworn clothing/items within 7 days of delivery for a refund to your original payment method.

  • A return shipping fee (based on actual cost) will be deducted from your refund.

  • Items on sale (20% off or more) are final sale.

  • Scrunchies and self-care items are final sale due to hygiene reasons.
    If something arrives damaged or wrong, please reach out—we’ll take care of it!

Q: What if I received a damaged or incorrect item?
A: So sorry about that! Please email us with your order number and a photo within 3 days of receiving your order, and we’ll fix it ASAP.
