Returns Made Simple (and Kind)

We truly hope you love everything you order—but if something doesn’t quite work out, we’re here to help.

We accept returns on full-priced, unworn, unwashed, and undamaged clothing within 7 days of delivery for a refund to your original payment method.

A return shipping fee (based on actual shipping cost) will be deducted from your refund. 


A Few Things to Know:

  • Final sale items or those discounted by 20% or more are not eligible for return.

  • Scrunchies and self-care items (like soaps) are final sale due to hygiene reasons.
    If something arrives damaged or isn’t right, please reach out—we’re always happy to make it right!

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges due to our limited inventory.
If you’d like a different size or color, we recommend placing a new order and starting a return for the original item.


Starting a Return

To begin, head to our  "submit a return" page and log in to our self serve return portal to start your return. 

Once approved, you’ll have 7 days from the date your return label is issued to ship your item.
Returns shipped after this timeframe may not be accepted.


Store Credit Policy

  • Store credit is valid for 12 months from the date it's issued.

  • It can be used on any in-stock items but cannot be redeemed for cash.

  • Expired credit cannot be reinstated.


Gift Cards

  • All gift card purchases are final and cannot be canceled or refunded.


Order Cancellations

We don’t accept cancellations once an order is placed, so please shop mindfully.
However, if you accidentally chose the wrong size or color and contact us before your order is fulfilled, we’ll do our best to adjust it (as long as we have stock available).


Defective Items

We carefully inspect every item before it’s listed in the shop.
If you happen to receive a damaged or defective item, please upload clear photos through our return portal within 7 days of delivery.

Normal wear and tear—such as stretched seams from trying on too-small garments, makeup stains, or rips—will not be considered defects and are not eligible for return.

Items returned with clear signs of wear, damage, or staining may be subject to a 50% restocking fee, or declined at our discretion.


Important Return Reminders

  • Only send back items that were approved through your return request.
    Unapproved items may be returned to you or result in additional postage charges.

  • Unapproved returns may be subject to a 50% restocking fee and will only be eligible for store credit, if accepted.

  • Packages shipped after the 7-day return window or those exceeding the approved weight/items may be denied and marked as final sale.


How Long Will It Take to Process My Return?

Please allow 5–10 business days after your return reaches our PO box for it to be processed.
You’ll receive an email confirmation as soon as your return is complete.
